Creating Brand Profile
Your Brand Profile represents your business on SpreadB. Influencers view your profile before deciding whether to apply to your campaigns.
Overview & Prerequisites
A complete and professional profile helps build trust and improves campaign applications. Influencers are more likely to apply to campaigns from brands that have verified profiles with complete descriptions and clear logos.
Before creating your profile, ensure you have:
- Created a SpreadB account
- Verified your email address
- Logged into your Brand Owner dashboard
Creating a Brand Owner account on the SpreadB platformStep 1 — Company Information
Provide your basic business details. Required information includes:
- Company Name
- Brand Name
- Business Email
- Contact Number
- Owner Name
Step 2 — Company Branding
Upload high-quality branding assets to stand out:
- Company Logo (Square format, PNG/JPG)
- Cover Image (16:9 ratio banner)
- Brand Description (Pitch your company mission and target audience)
- Website URL and Industry Category
Step 3 — Business Details
Complete your formal business registration information:
- GST Number (Optional but highly recommended)
- Business Registration document upload
- PAN Number (Optional)
- Company Registered Address details
Step 4 — Social Presence
Add links to your official social media pages to demonstrate brand authority:
- Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, X (Twitter)
Step 5 — Verification
Upload supporting business documents to verify your business and increase influencer trust:
- Business Registration Certificate
- GST Certificate
- PAN Card or Owner Identity Verification docs
