SpreadB maintains a secure environment by requiring email, mobile OTP, and official identity verification for all creators.
Identity verification helps protect brands from fraudulent accounts and ensures payouts are sent to verified bank entities. All details are stored encrypted.
When signing up, the following validation rules apply:
To verify contact info, OTPs are delivered via email and SMS:
A 6-digit code is dispatched immediately upon submitting credentials.
Input the code in the app. Expiry window is 5 minutes.
Resend button activates after 60 seconds. A maximum of 3 retries is allowed before lock.
To enable payouts, creators must upload official government document proofs:

|---|---|---|
| Pending | Documents not yet submitted. | Go to KYC Settings and upload proofs. |
| Under Review | Support team is reviewing the documents. | No action; checks complete in 24-48 hours. |
| Approved | Verification successful. Account fully active. | Ready to apply for paid campaigns. |
| Rejected | Documents mismatch or unclear upload. | Check rejection notes and re-upload proofs. |
