Install on Android
Learn how to download, install, and set up the SpreadB mobile application on your Android device.
Overview
The SpreadB Android app enables Brand Owners and Influencers to manage campaigns, communicate securely, receive real-time notifications, and handle payments from anywhere. The app is optimized for Android smartphones and tablets, providing a fast, secure, and responsive experience.
Before You Begin
Before installing the application, ensure that your device meets the following requirements:

Installation Methods
SpreadB can be installed using one of the following methods:
Option 1 — Install from Google Play Store (Recommended)

Open Play Store
Open the Google Play Store on your device.

Search
Search for "SpreadB".

Install
Tap Install on the official app listing.

Download
Wait until the installation completes.

Open
Tap Open to launch the app.

This method ensures you always receive the latest updates, performance tweaks, and security patches automatically.
Option 2 — Install APK (Enterprise Distribution)
If you received an APK directly from the SpreadB team:

Download
Download the latest APK file.

Open file
Open the downloaded file from your notifications or File Manager.

Enable source
If prompted, enable "Install Unknown Apps" for the target source.

Confirm
Continue and confirm the installation.
- 5
Complete
Wait for the installation to finish and open the application.
Source Verification
Only install APK files obtained directly from official SpreadB sources to protect your account security.
First Launch
When you open the app for the first time, you'll be guided through a quick setup process where you can:
- Explore the platform introduction and walkthrough
- Sign in with your email and password
- Create a new verified account
- Continue with Google Sign-In
- Continue with Apple Sign-In (if supported on your device)
Required Permissions
SpreadB requests only the permissions necessary to provide core functionality:

Note: You can manage, allow, or revoke these permissions anytime from your Android Settings application.
Sign In
After installation is completed:

Launch App
Open the SpreadB application.

Enter Email
Enter your registered email address.

Enter Password
Type in your account password.
- 4
Verify OTP
Verify your email OTP code if prompted.

Redirect
Complete authentication to access your role dashboard.
Create a New Account
If you're new to the SpreadB platform:
- Choose your account type: Brand Owner or Influencer.
- Enter your personal details (name, email, secure password).
- Verify your email address using the 6-digit verification OTP.
- Complete your profile settings and start using SpreadB!
Enable Notifications
To receive campaign invitations, chat messages, payment updates, and important account alerts:

Open your Android Settings app.

Select Apps
Navigate to Apps → SpreadB.

Enable Alerts
Select Notifications and toggle on "Allow Notifications".
Never Miss a Collaboration
Keeping notifications enabled ensures you receive instant replies from brand partners and are notified when escrow funds are released.
Keeping the App Updated
We recommend enabling automatic updates from the Google Play Store:
- Open the Google Play Store and search for SpreadB.
- Tap the three-dot menu icon in the upper-right corner.
- Enable the Auto Update checkbox.
Regular updates ensure access to new features, performance improvements, security enhancements, and bug fixes.
Troubleshooting
Installation Failed
Ensure your device has at least 200MB of free storage space. Verify that your device is running Android 8.0 or later, and double-check your internet connection if the Play Store download stalls. If installing an APK, re-download the file to make sure it is not corrupted.
App Won't Open
Try restarting your device. If that doesn't work, navigate to Android Settings → Apps → SpreadB → Storage, and tap Clear Cache. Alternatively, you can uninstall and reinstall the application.
Unable to Sign In
Verify that your email address and password are correct. Make sure your account verification has been completed. If you forgot your password, tap Forgot Password on the sign-in screen to trigger a reset email.
Not Receiving OTP
Check your Spam or Junk folders. Ensure your registered email address is correct. Wait a few minutes and tap Resend OTP on the verification screen.
Security Recommendations
- Download the application exclusively from the official Google Play Store or links provided directly by SpreadB.
- Never share your OTP codes, password, or sign-in credentials with anyone.
- Enable secure device lock options (PIN, Pattern, Fingerprint, or Face Unlock) on your Android device.
- Always sign out of your account when using shared or public devices.
